It is very hard, 2 years smoke free here and still sometimes the urge comes back. But then I look down at my foot with two less toes and how it's affected my mobility, my resolve strengthens and I continue on my smoke free future... Also brushing your teeth with minty toothpaste seems to curb it and staying away from other smokers🙂🙂
