It mostly happens on my left leg and the calf muscle goes really tight. I dont think I've been over doing it but have had a problem with my knee which has made me walk slightly differently.
Oh l get cramps in my feet and legs. It is awful. I do some yoga everyday. But I don't know if it helps. I be taking magnesium..
