Thanks, Cliff for the article. Exercise sure does an awful lot for us. I agree that it helps with pain. I take an arthritis exercise class and I always feel better after that class. Glad to have some conformation! Hugs🤗

I walk a lot and just walking alone helps me to think about what I want to do next. I have decided to go to the gym now because they have a better choice of equipment that I can use and they also have a swimming pool with acquatic exercises. I need to loose the rest of my belly anyway but I love to swim. I am glad Cliff that you have posted this information about exercise benefiting heart disease. Keep up the good work.

Hi Cliff, thanks for the exercise information and the positive effects that it has for cardiovascular patients. My husband and I started going to the gym in August 2022, after my triple bypass in April 2022. We still go M,W,and F. I think it has been good for us. I know that isn't possible for many of you, but we just try to use our routine cardio machines.
I hope everyone is doing well! Hope you all have a restful night and may God bless.
