That must be difficult for you. My fatigue hits me hard during the day, but I am able to sleep at night even if I have slept during the day. I don't have the fatigue on a regular basis. Sometimes I think I just overdo. It's been hard to pace myself sometimes.

I am not sure that I have diastolic but I know that I have congestive heart failure and I can tell you that sometimes fatigue keeps me up at night.
