Members warmly embraced the call to wear red on National Wear Red Day in recognition of the fight against cardiovascular disease, with many sharing that they were previously unaware of the day but enthusiastically committed to participating by wearing red pajamas, turtlenecks, shirts, pants, socks, or even red lipstick. Several members posted photos of themselves in red outfits, while others shared personal connections to heart health, including lifelong heart issues and hopes for medical advances that could make recovery easier and prevention more accessible, especially for younger people developing heart disease. A recurring theme was the spirit of community solidarity, with members encouraging one another to post their red photos, exchanging hugs and blessings, and celebrating both heart health awareness and the hopeful forecast of an early spring.

Worked Saturday but off Sunday and Monday. We listened to Smokey Robinson in work the other day and read his History. Very interesting and brought back some memories.
