Wow, who knew so many things could cause chest pain? Thanks, everyone for posting and for marking this post useful. I appreciate it! 🤗
Great info. A lot of times when I do chores, exercise, getting up quickly from either a prone or sitting position or playing Golf I will get pain in the chest area that feels muscle related and usually goes away with rest or a heating pad. Nice to know it isn't angina, just an out of shape old guy.
Thanks Sam. I can always find someone who is worse off. My Staphylococcal bacterial infection was the most worrisome. We know people who have lost arms, legs, even their lives. If I couldn't laugh, find humor in the daily I would consider myself already dead! It seems to me that Elysium is not ready for me yet? 😎
Thanks for a very clear explanation. A very useful video to watch. I suffered from intercostal pain and initially thought it was my heart after a bypass a few years ago. I'm going in for corrective surgery soon.
And I have learned that oftentimes it is my Asthma that is causing the pain because as soon as I use my nebulizer or emergency inhaler it goes away…I am usually still rattled sometimes but I can relax a bit knowing that it is Not my heart but my lungs that are the problem!
