I shop around. Mainly Aldi , Jewel, caputo's and sometimes costco. I follow a vegan no oil diet. I started this when I first started having issues. I have lost over 30 lbs and it could be more but I love sweet things. I do cook most days and freeze a lot. What I freeze I eat on days when I cant cook.

I look at the store flyer each week and I plan my meals around what is on sale. I try to make several recipes with the same ingredients and I take advantage of BOGOs. I always shop with a list and use coupons when I can. Buying store brands many times will save you a lot of money and the quality is just as good. Compare the unit price on items so you are getting the best deals. If you have a farmers market type of store where they have bulk items like oats, grains...and less expensive veggies buy that stuff at that store because you can buy only what you need and not tons of stuff you don't need. I hope that helps a little. Hugs. 🤗

I shop at Krogers where I can save at that store better than I can anywhere else.
