Had it. Required open heart quintuple bypass surgery and a pacemaker. EF was 9 before surgery. Today, 11 years later, EF is 32, lost 70 lbs, bp is 110/67, pr is 74. I took/take nitric oxide booster, turmeric, and beet root extract to improve circulation. I was 45 at time of bypass. 3 heart attacks in 12 days forced th issue.

I'm 65 and started having intermittent left bundle branch block (unusual according to cardiologist) after my first stent placement at age 52. In 2017 at age 59 I had an afib caused stroke and the lbb went into continuous left bundle branch block (common type according to electrophysiologist). Never have noticed any real symptoms, light headiness at time which I'm told could be caused by a multitude of things. Have a pacemaker, history of hypertension which is well controlled, afib is now less than 1% and heartrate runs 59-69.

My mother loved for more than a decade after being diagnosed with bundled block. She took life very easy and did not push herself. I have aberrate subclavian artery and have found that as supplement d ribose, on referral of Dr Steven Sinatra, has kept me alive. Please read his research and good luck. Have had more than poor response from local doctors.
