I was never told anything about this either one of them. Then to find out I was referred to Palitive care What? Can some one please explain this to me and why this is continualy allowed to happenOn June 2023 I was given the diagnoses of LEVEF >=40% (Y-P the 2nd one was PACO2>=50% on this one I was referred to Pallitive Care. First of all I was never told any of this information.

Palliative means you will receive specialized care from a team. Just a guess that CO2 arterial blood has level has indicated a respiratory problem. You should receive a full explanation from the referring physician.

Most patient portals post test and procedure results. Unfortunately most of us have a blind eye to knowing what we are seeing. I look things up, definitions and all. There are a lot of things doctors don't consider serious and I don't understand that. Ask questions, if your appointment takes all day, get answers. I'm so tired of being sick.
