Do they have you wearing compression stockings ? A good 15/20 compression can help your circulation along with blood thinners . I wear 20/30 your Dr should be able to prescribe them for you . When I had my business I taught in compression garments because I specialized in Mastectomy/ lymphedema and vascular disorder ,

Nancy, yes the heart is s full tine job but the price we pay to keep living which I will gladly do. I see the surgeons this Friday about the heart surgery this Fall. Stay well.❤️

I have a clot that's in my heart. I have to admit I wasn't being compliant with what my cardiologist and his team game plan until I had my stroke. This got my attention so we're controlling mines with my diet, blood thinner, and continuously checking my INR. I've found my heart disease to be a full time job of taking medicines, doctor's appointments, watching my diet, the people I entertain due to germs (a simple cold puts me down like the flu. There was a time a stomach bug landed me in the hospital), and appreciate the good days even more.
