I woke about 5 am with a burning pain in my chest which lasted about 10-15 minutes. It felt like indigestion, but it had been about 10 hours since I ate. I chewed an antacid and it went away.

If you get chest pain and suspect it may be angina, use your GTN spray (assuming you have one). If it goes away, probably angina. If it doesn't, follow the protocol.
From your result with antacid, it may still be worth following up with your GP.
