I had heart cath monday. blockages up to 99%. some were plaque and some were calcium. needless to say I quit taking Calcium supplements!!!
I can't say with any certainty that the vitamins and supplements help.

one of the problems with all of these items is one needs to have blood work done regularly to see what problems and issues come up Lasix is a drug that removes "water" from the system when One has Heart Failure one retains water.. due to the inefficient way the heart is pumping the blood ( for any number of reasons) so to said lasix drys you out means a) you dont have Heart Failure so that being the case Your cardiologist is not paying attention to you or YOU arent paying attention to them... and Potassium, Magnesium and similar Important chemicals that are important for your heart to work correctly Need to be watched BY doing regular blood work especially if your Dosing X number of Mg a day and you only need Y mg a day adding in the natural amount you get in your diet Its real easy to overdose ... some like vitamin C are water soluble so excess amounts flush out Not so with everything .... so Taking a Natural item to do what the medical choice was doing and suggesting One is bad while the other is fine is silly, You need to talk this over with your doctor.....
