Am Very Constipated And Are Concerned If Magnesiun Is A Problem As The Article Sais It Does A Lot Of Good As Well
A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi All. Have read the magnesium article and am very worried with my heart condition as I suffer with kronic constipation. I'm taking boiled beetroot, dufalac powder, dried fruit and molkosan and still having problems. I follow a good diet, no sugar no wheat. I'm still very active, exercise wise for almost 7 days a week. Is it safe to continue with magnesium as it does good in other areas of the body. I have a nerve problem (CIAP) Seeing a Dr. today to have a full blood annalysis done.

If you are in need of a answer sooner than later, it might be best in this case to just ask your doctor. Chances here are that someone whom might know just hasnt seen your post yet or others here are not familiar with what you are asking or experiencing and don't know how to help you. I personally dont know what advice to give you on this. So hopefully your doctor can answer your questions if no one has as of yet. Best of luck.
