you should never have fluid on your lungs, i was hospitalized 4 times with chf, kept getting breathless in the middle of the night, i was given lasik and nitro to lower bp and have fluid removed. As soon as you are short of breath you should go to e.r. they can get your bp normal and give you referral to heart doctor, or see a kidney doctor, the meds i was on from hospital for strong and made me lethargic, my kidney guy fixed the dosages and switched my lasik so it wasnt harsh on my kidneys. Gasping for breath in the middle of the night is not fun, get yourself on a good lasik.
