If you have a recliner…..keep your legs & feet elevated.@ all times when sitting. Sleep in your bed & not in chair if you are able to a night time. Eat a minimum amount to no salt at all. Have you been to your GP or Heart Factor….the swelling should be addressed by a professional

I agree. Ask a wound care doctor to prescribe the right type of compression hose.
