Do you have OSA / sleep apnea?
I don't have the breathing issues at night, recent sleep study was normal; but I have dypsnea during the day along with LV dysfunction.
I do sleep with my upper body elevated on a wedge pillow.
The only things I can think of is to elevate your upper body and maybe adding Oxygen fed into CPAP machine if needed. I have read somewhere that some do use both and sometimes Oxygen only at night. Not sure if that requires another sleep study, they do have sensors that can be worn at home. I don't take diuretics. Not sure if they are appropriate with your condition but it seems to help with some symptoms once it impacts the lungs.
