my EF was 30-35% June of 2020 - in one year on Entresto it went to 45-50% -- so, yes, EF can be raised.
I have gotten mixed answers on whether or not it can go back down again. My cardiologist says no if I remain on meds and take good care of myself (diet/exercise/watch stress).

Mine was 20 when I was hospitalized with congestive heart failure. After 3 months and meds went to 30. They wanted to put in an icd. Told them wanted to do cardiac rehab with meds first. This Tuesday will be doing echocardiogram to see where I am with the ejection fraction. Reading what everyone is posting I am more hopeful!

Hello, My EF was at 35% in 2012 my EF is 60% now . My cardiologist calls me a miracle. I give God the praise my father died from CHF at the age of 74 but my dad wouldn't take of himself he just gave up. I try to watch my diet and I try to listen to my body.

Mine was 10-15% at Christmas last year but after adding Entresto and Farxiga it went up to 30% Then I got a biventricular defibrillator and pacemaker and it is up to 58%! So Yes it can go up!

Yes , it does go up depending on what your Cardiologist does to help. My EF was 8% and after 6 stents my ef rose to 33% and now with medication , exercise and eating healthy it has risen to 47% and still rising. Speak to your Cardiologist about your condition.
