Websites mentioned 2 days at max and many mentioned your Dr would receive report in 24hrs. Hopefully your Dr will call you within a day. My understanding the test is done while a cardiologist is present, they would have a better idea how long before you hear back.
I have been fighting to get my nuclear stress test scheduled, it was ordered 2+ months ago. One provider in area and they only do 2 per week and now they are having equipment difficulties. I am currently waiting to hear back from scheduler in another city.

I will have my first nuclear stress test on Friday, so I can't answer your initial question. However, I, too, cannot take statins but have had good success with Zetia and Fenofibrate for control of cholesterol and triglycerides.

It was. I wouldn't be surprised if I was told my arteries were full of plaque. I can't take statins because they gave me rhabdomyolysis and apparently finding a cholesterol medication that isn't a statin is difficult according to my cardiologist...

My cardiologist gave me the results the same visit. Then he mailed me a copy. I knew when I left his office what my issues were. If the test is done in a facility like a hospital, it may take a few days for someone to interpret the results.
