I do deep breathing in to 4 count, hold 4 count, out 4count hold 4 count and repeat. This encourages anything that need to get out to cough up mucus. Hi Debbie no I don’t think you’re a know it all. Every little bit of advice helps. Finally got into see the Doctor today. X-rays looked good. Put me on some Mucinex Tesselon Perles and an albuterol inhaler. The inhaler helped right off the bat. Thanks for thinking of me and God bless you
