Chest pain (ot the equivalent) at rest is called Unstable Angina

From a cardiovascular nurse: Angina is a symptom that your heart is not getting blood flow. You may have blockage ir a coronary thrombosis in one of the coronary arteries (the arteries that feed the heart). It warrants a 911 call, if new. Pain in the teeth, jaw, and arm, primarily left arm but also right arm, is equivalent to chest pain. If you are having new onset (undiagnosed), you need to call 911.

There is a possibility that you have been diagnosed with coronary artery disease and you have small coronary arteries and the cardiologist could prescribe a nitrate such as nitroglycerin or Imdur to dilate small coronary arteries
