Check your HAIC and blood sugars... Also do you use your phone alot...

Yes, when mine was low both in my arms and legs..your blood isnt being pumped, because the weak heart ..

With an EF 25 lack of circulation is very much an issue with extremities temperature. My EF is 30. My feet are ice cubes! When touch anyone they exclaim how cold my hands are. I always jokingly say, “Cold hands, warm heart, stinky feet and no sweetheart!” The pain I constantly deal with in my hands and feet is another issue all together, Peripheral neuropathy.

Yep same problem! Not total numbness but I drop stuff all the time!

That numbness can be from the meds or lack of circulation
