I am so tired the majority of the time. I have had to cut back to 4 days a week at work and I am still extremely tired. I try and 10,000 steps a day but that just makes me more tired. I used to have some good days but now I just have crappy days and days that are really crappy. I am wondering if I should quit my job.
Something you might hear in this group is listen to your body. No truer words were ever spoken. And my own story is that pushing your body to do more than it should makes things much worse.
Clarissa, What about taking a vacation or just work parttime, about 20-30 hours per week?? You could try it first and then either add more hours or quit altogether. Try different ways before quitting at once. Good luck. Stay positive and be well. 🌹🌹🌹

Yes...thats true...been having bad headaches...just scared to go in....Im a old nurse and would tell my patients that and don't follow my own advice..
