Think people are embarrassed by our illness and are completely unable to cope emotionally, they dont know what to say so its easier not to see you! if you change it round and get tickets and then invite them and sa you don't wish to discuss yr illness just chill out you may get a response just know that my family members cant cope with the realisation that a loved be is suffering and they canot do anything, they feel helpless! just make the gesture of a fun tie.

No, I understand completely, my daughter does the same thing to me. I sat her and my husband down and had a heart to heart, I don’t want to feel like I have one leg in the grave and the other on a banana. If you have Netflix please watch Frankie and Grace, this last season (5) goes in deep about this, season six will start in Jan. Or Feb. please watch, you may cry but for sure you will laugh.

I would sit them down and explain how you feel. I have 2 grown daughters they just want to protect you . Your there mom and most girls attract tivthere Dads . Good luck there girls . They do love you but tell them you feel left out and if you felt that day you could not go you wouldn’t .
