I get the cold sweats as well. I literally drip with sweat. Comes on very quickly & is followed by an upset stomach. I've tried putting a cold wet cloth on my fore head but nothing works. I just pray I'll wake up in the morning. I have no idea what causes it!

I have searched for a long time and have suffered with depression had surgery, had stints put in, have very high blood pressure which at times I feel like a bomb ready to explode anytime.
This week I have been getting ready to see my daughter. And the grand and great grandchildren, its exciting. But in getting ready I am wiped out.
I have come to the conclusion that this is not an illness on its own.
What I mean is that you need to take care of your body, mind and soul and all three make you whole.
I have listened to Christine Northrup, who is a genocologist(probably spelled wrongly) but if you are not happy , and our bodies are not doing well. Something
needs to change in their life because all these can raise your blood pressure sky high, and skyrocket any medical problems you may have. . I came to the conclusion that if we don't care for your body and soul, that meds were not an answe altogethet, their maybe other ways to look at our medical problems. I have started to listen to Dr. NORTHRP, and I believe she is right on. I challange you to look her up on internet, their is a large summit coming up on Hay House with many speakers, that will help motivate us to try and help ourselves
