My doctor and I had a talk today. Went well! We went over my past heart Cath and 2 cardiologist notes from my diagnosis in 2019. Decompensate Diastolic Congestive Heart Failure. Insignificant Coronary Artery disease, normal left ventricular systolic dysfunction with elevated end-diastolic pressure. PSVT, Also. Still have today. I am on a Continuity of Care program, and I am being sent to 5 specialist. They all have to do with my Acute or Chronic illnesses or diseases. CHF, CKD stage 3, Liver Failure, Type 2 insulin dependant diabetic (2015) with a 10.4 A1c last month. I see all but 2 this month, impressed how quickly I got in to them. Very common. Some get most of their original energy level back. Some do not. Cardiac rehab is, i think, essential to regaining your confidence and trust in your body's abilities.

It’s hard for me to tell if my ongoing heat pain is “normal” or if it’s my angina in need of attention. My usual pain during normal activity is at about a 3. I take a nitroglycerin pill if it’s above a 5. Does this sound normal for a diagnosed heart disease condition? Appreciate feedback. Thanks.
