My doctor and I had a talk today. Went well! We went over my past heart Cath and 2 cardiologist notes from my diagnosis in 2019. Decompensate Diastolic Congestive Heart Failure. Insignificant Coronary Artery disease, normal left ventricular systolic dysfunction with elevated end-diastolic pressure. PSVT, Also. Still have today. I am on a Continuity of Care program, and I am being sent to 5 specialist. They all have to do with my Acute or Chronic illnesses or diseases. CHF, CKD stage 3, Liver Failure, Type 2 insulin dependant diabetic (2015) with a 10.4 A1c last month. I see all but 2 this month, impressed how quickly I got in to them. It’s hard for me to tell if my ongoing heat pain is “normal” or if it’s my angina in need of attention. My usual pain during normal activity is at about a 3. I take a nitroglycerin pill if it’s above a 5. Does this sound normal for a diagnosed heart disease condition? Appreciate feedback. Thanks.
I did and he prescribed the nitroglycerin. However, I was told not abuse taking it so I temper when and how often to take it. I definitely feel discomfort in my heart most of time during normal daily… read more
