Pain In The Chest Whilst Sitting

With regards to GTN spray ive always been told if exercising and get chest pain rest if it goes away no problem if it doesnt go away after a minute or so use GTN spray if pain goes awsy good. If it doesnt dial 999 use spray again and chew aspirin.
But what if you are just sitting there and you get chest pain

Very common. Some get most of their original energy level back. Some do not. Cardiac rehab is, i think, essential to regaining your confidence and trust in your body's abilities.

My doctor and I had a talk today. Went well! We went over my past heart Cath and 2 cardiologist notes from my diagnosis in 2019. Decompensate Diastolic Congestive Heart Failure. Insignificant Coronary Artery disease, normal left ventricular systolic dysfunction with elevated end-diastolic pressure. PSVT, Also. Still have today.
