Hello I am on approx. 8 different medications . What each one does I haven't a clue.

Hydralazine 50 mg. 3 x a day
Bumetanide 1 mg 3 2x a day
Metolazone2.5 mg
Metoprolol 50 mg
Isosoribide 20 mg
Famotidine 20 mg
Asprim 81mg
Potassium

Everyone is different. Repeats. 5 I think. Very sensitive and took 4 mo. to adapt.Clean, Med diet, no alcohol.

I have had echo cardio gram and e k g and stress test blood work and the cardio doctor had never said I have it was wondering if anyone on here has and how it was diagnosed and just because someone had swollen ankle occasionally does not make mean they have it some of the meds the doctor put you on for the heart suchas metopolo canothers can cause swollen ankles norvacs is another one that does that

I am on it, but they just lowered it to 25 mg twice a day after my heart rate dropped from 87 after ablation to 50! It's up to 62 now and I'm no longer dizzy.

Does Anyones Meds Cause Ankle Swelling If So Which Nes Do??and What Does Doctor Say About It???

For me it was Slow K. Dr prescribed Lasixs and and spiractin only and not to take slow K and that seems to do the trick.
