AFIB...Do Blood Thinners And Beta Blockers Really Help,,,a Nurse Suggested To Stay Away From Them.
A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member asked a question đź’

Many cardiologists said I would die within 3 years without the pills. I took them for three days and ended up in emerg. and refused to take pills at all. I take suppliments instead. Am I better off??? Dont know. Do I feel well...absolutely! But is it the suppliements? diet? exercise that is really helping? Three years later, I am feeling tired now… read more

Does Anyone Else Feel Like They Cannot Eat Properly?
A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member asked a question đź’

I just can't seem to eat healthy. I know exactly what I should be eating and how much but it's like I don't even care. I survived a heart attack wouldn't you think that I would want to prevent another one if I could. It feels like I don't even care because I'll eat whatever I want to and it's not good. It's like pass the cheesecake in the chocolate now please
