Have mechanical mitral valve placing me a risk for complications for an ablation. Had cardio-version and returned back into Afib within 72 hours.(My 8th procedure) I also am on Metoprolol, digoxin, verapmil, Entresto and Bumex. Your thoughts appreciated.

My water weight is going up alot latly. Questioning my Dr about the water weight issues should i b concerned? She just said weight is hard to loose n b patient. I'm doing the right things. But she put me on water pills n said I should loose a couple lbs a day. Now it's like it's not inportant. I'm so confused. I thought water weight was bad with chf? Should I look for a specialist? Am back to where I was before the water pills.
My heart failure specialist is even more specific than than the responses above. He has me weigh daily

understand it takes time to heal but this is tiring. also cannot get edema under control doing Bumex unable to wrap or use compression stocking but causes pain Any suggestions
