I agree with all that was said. But I think a concern is people feeling gonig to the hospital with mild symptoms only to bw told it is nothing and feel wimmpy and not wanting a repeat so the next time there are symptoms they stay home... I know I have felt that way.
To my knowledge, a silent heart attack is one where you do not feel any symptoms, which is also known as the widow maker. Yes, it is something to be concerned about, but if a doctor told you that you had one, they know about and can run some tests to see what/if to do. Silent heart attacks and one where you feel symptoms are equally important.

Leah both silent attack and one that comes on loud and strong are to be treated with concern. A silent attack left untreated can continue the decline of your heart health. Your cardiologist probably does an ECG with each of your checkups and that would show if you have had an infarction.
