Members responded to Leonardo's question about eating well with CHF by sharing practical, experience-based dietary tips including reducing salt and sugar, switching to heart-healthy oils, eating whole grains, vegetables, and fruits, and allowing occasional treats. Several members offered additional helpful insights, like watching potassium levels based on medications and staying hydrated with electrolyte powder rather than water alone to replace what is lost through sweating. A recurring theme was encouragement and community support, with members lifting each other up through shared personal journeys, prayers, and kind words.

They told me water doesn't have potassium, salt, sugar, and b vitamins. Water doesn't have those. Here's a pic of the product. I tried . It works. I still sweat, however I was not dizzy, wobbly, or low blood pressured. This afternoon I did my 3 mile walk in the heat. God is Good.

I got my answer Caryn. It was low blood pressure caused by excessive sweating in the humidity. Dehydration although I was drinking lots of water , doctor said that wouldn't replace what I lose. I was directed to a powder called lv fluid. It's a powder you put in a cold water bottle that you drink before engaging in strenuous work, or walk, or whatever cause' the dehydration. I'll let you know how it works later. Right now I'm in a different doctor's office to follow up from yesterday's urgent care visit. Thank you for your kind wishes, and Prayers. They work.

Thank you Caryn. I'm pretty sure I figured it out I'm just gonna go, and get checked anyway. Thanks for the Hugs, and prayers. I will keep you posted. God revealed to me in a vision it is a medication I have been taking.

Good answers. Hello Caryn, Tisha Leonardo. Tomorrow im going to Urgent Care, and make sure everything is alright. I have stenosis on the left mitrial valve, so maybe something like that is effecting my energy to the point of no return. That's how it feels. So say a prayer for your friend Lauro, and family.
