There isn't a traditional app to download, but you can add MyHeartDiseaseTeam to your phone's home screen as a Web App β it works just like an app!
For iPhone (Safari only)
1. Open Safari and log in to your account
2. Tap the Share icon (square with an upward arrow) at the bottom of the screen
3. Scroll down and tap Add Show Full Answer
