With the itching, a cold wash clothes can help out with that and even a small fan blowing air. The fatigue is a little difficult. A few slices of fruit and or vegetables can give you some energy to move around and not let your muscles or joint stiffen up. A few minutes of walking indoors can also be helpful
we had to reduce its dose for me.. And my spironolactone'. I halve pills, much better. Talk to your team about trying half a dose if you don't see yourself "getting use to it" as they say.
I don’t have an itch. I am tired. I’m told the effects from Metoprolol (tired, fatigue) will be less as time goes by.

I keep Zyrtec on hand. It does the job every time and I don't have to use it too often. Only once or twice a year. Always consult with your healthcare provider, when taking any over the counter medications. God Bless 💖🙏🏾
