It sounds like a frustrating situation — losing all that prep work is really annoying! Unfortunately, previous chat histories aren't able to be retrieved here, but the good news is it's easy to rebuild that list.

Here are some great questions and topics to bring to a cardiologist appointment for AFib:

About Your Condition:
- What type of AFib do I have?
- What's causing my AFib episodes?
- How often should I monitor my heart rhythm at home?

About Treatment:
- What medications are recommended for me, and what are the side effects?
- Are procedures like cardioversion or ablation options for me?
- Should I be on blood thinners to reduce stroke risk?

About Monitoring:
- What blood pressure range should I aim for?
- What weight changes should I report to you?
- Should I get a Holter monitor or wearable heart tracker?

Lifestyle Questions:
- What exercises are safe for me?
- Are there foods or drinks I should avoid?
- How does stress affect my AFib?

A good tip is to write down the most important questions first, since appointment time can be limited. Bringing a friend or family member to help take notes is also really helpful!
