I did the treadmill for 45 minutes at a fast pace. Then jumped rite into weights. After the first set i new my 35 percent heart had enough. I hate this im so used to being in top shape. Lol. Omg.
Thank u. Im trying. Just getting used to these limitations. And I hope you have a wonderful day
That "hangover" feeling after pushing hard on the treadmill and weights is your body's way of waving a big red flag — and honestly, it sounds like you listened, which is the most important thing! With a heart functioning at 35%, that kind of intense workout is a lot to ask of it.

Thank u I will take that advice and run with it appreciate you 🙏
Young man slow.down you workout at a pace not like you are 18 years old ,workout on different machine after you give yourself and ♥ heart a break in between. Wrap your head around the fact that your life has changed and now you have to be more careful of what you do & protect yourself. Work steady not hard ,don't give yourself a stroke or heart attack, you still have a lot of life to njoy so chill and njoy & make good decisions and learn your body .
@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member I am glad you stopped and listened. You are pushing your body pretty hard. An EF of 35% Just menas your heart can't keep up with the demands your body is asking of it. Slow it up some, and you will feel better. It's a marathon, not a sprint. 🤗
