I agree it is lengthy, but has some good information. However, the HDL and triglycerides only has a quick mention. From what my doctors told me the HDL should be above 40. Some lab results said my triglycerides were high. It just raises the question, what does high triglycerides do to you, is it the same as LDL, or how the difference is. Thank you for sharing.
