To members taking 5 or more meds, are you satisfied with the results? Is your med team doing a good job monitoring and managing this mix? Are you actively tracking the affect of diet & activities?

I take about 11, all kinds. Good one's, some not to good. I like the energy meds.

Yeah almost 68 y/o and prior to my afib ad stroke at 59 I was on 2 prescriptions now I'm on 9 that after neurology stopping one and I stopped the other, cut another one's dosage i half and going to try and stop it in 3 months. Pharma is getting out of hand what do I really need and what don't I.
