Hi Gwen3, I was taking D3/K2 for years ever since I went to an acupuncturist. While there he recommended the D3/K2. My cardiologist did not take me off of it. As a matter of fact he approved every supplement I was already taking. It's interesting how different the doctors can me.
Hi Lucinda, I just noticed your post on Vitamin K2. I have not been told anything about K2. My doctor actually told me I should not take things over the counter since we have no idea what's in some of that stuff. He said some things were tested and apparently other ingredients were included but, not on the label. My Cardiologist told me to check with my PCP. As stated in the article, I do check with my doctors before taking anything new. I'll read up on K2. Thanks for being informative.
Lucinda thanx for hug on post & hope you are doing OK, just keep it pumping
