I use both Olive and Canola I use store brand oils for them both Walmart has their brand and it's usually not as expensive as brand name oils I even buy in bulk from the store clubs like here we had Sam's club and when I catch a deal I buy and try Amazon sometimes they have deals as well
Only use canola oil for my CATFISH Friday meals ,vegetable oil sometimes, but basically canola oil first choice
