I don't do Zoom meetings and definitely don't do my computer in the evening. I work full-time and evenings and weekends are unwind and relax time for me as much as possible since my heart attack. I wish there was formats that would allow me to read instead of videos, or sometimes meetings during the week during the day time hours

Support is crucial when managing heart disease, and connecting with others who understand your journey can make a significant difference. Virtual support meetings provide a safe, private space to share experiences and challenges with others who truly understand what you're going through.

Having regular check-ins with others who share similar experiences can provide an emotional boost when feeling overwhelmed about life with heart disease. These meetings are an excellent opportunity to both receive support and offer encouragement to others during challenging times. Remember that sharing your story and connecting with others isn't just about discussing health challenges - you can also share everyday experiences, new projects, or anything else you'd like to discuss. The supportive environment allows you to be yourself while connecting with others who understand your journey.
