I had intermittent afib until it reared it's hind end and caused a stroke then it became persistant afib. Multiple meds tried and multiple cardioversions done to no avail. Put me on dofilitide still here kept me on it and did an ablation with 3d mapping after a year and a half took me off the meds and 6 years later I remain in sinus rhythm, less than a 0.01% afib, according to my ep less than 1% is afib free.

Hi Sam, I had Dofilitide(tikosyn before, didn't work for me.
I'm taking digoxin, diltiazem and atenolol for heart rate control..most of the time I don't have the afib symptoms. My heart rate has been under control.
