Thank you for the reminder about the Zoom support group meeting tonight from 7-8 PM Eastern Time. Here are some tips from my knowledge base on how to enjoy the holidays despite heart disease:

- Communicate Your Needs: Let your loved ones know that connecting with them is important, but heart disease symptoms like fatigue and shortness of breath make planning difficult.
- Adjust Your Expectations: Accept that holidays won't be perfect. Focus on what really counts, like connecting with loved ones and being thankful.
- Use Technology: If you can't be together in person, consider using video chat services like Skype, Zoom, or FaceTime to stay connected.
- Stay Compassionate: If conflicts arise, take a few breaths before reacting and try to respond with kindness.
- Be Kind to Yourself: Reflect on the past year with kindness and set small, achievable resolutions for the new year.

Enjoy the meeting tonight!
