I have had it done 2x, first in 2012 and a repeat 2 Months ago in Sept 2024, there is very little scarring In the groin, the last time I had 4 large puncture holes in the right side of the groin, but it is healing well. They did knock me totally out.

Hi, I have had my second ablation done on October 24 2024. The first one was October 22, 2018. It’s been six years ago. Thy went up through my groin. I was completely asleep doing the whole procedure. I did not go into surgery until 12:30 or 12:45 pm. Got to my room at 6 pm. I had trouble breathing. I was on 4 liters of oxygen in recovery and all night when I was sleeping. They had to put my bipak on me also. That was my experience this time. Thank Jesus for getting me through it well that I am doing better.

Thanks for your reply smile😊.
But May I know how many tissues or scars were causing irregular heartbeats in your case?

I had an Ablation in May 2023. Checked in at 6, in recovery before noon and discharged at 5 feeling good. Doctor and staff were all great! I asked if there would be an entertainment charge because the nurse and Anesthesiologist were so much fun, and both walked me to the car. Drug and Afib free since, energetic and enjoying life.
