Have an enormous amount of weight to lose and my daughter is paying for my Zepbound shots for one year! I’m doing well when I got on the scales before my 5th shot I had lost a total of 20 lbs…I am hoping to meet my goal within that timeframe…or until Medicare wises up and starts to pay for it…My Mom’s best friend is a type 2 Diabetic and she has lost 80 lbs! And She is 80 years old! She probably gets more exercise than I do by her eating habits are not as good as mine…Her Dr. told her that if side effects were bothering her she could cut down to only one shot every other week and lowered her dosage…She said this is working for her as it keeps the food out of her head and in the fridge! I have no doubt that if She can do it So can I!

Weight loss, obesity and diet has become quit the topic. Not only adults and older persons, [ didn't want to say "elderly" ], young people we see are often super chubby, [ didn't want to say "fat" ]? Now for the inevitable down side, "The drugs can cause nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, as well as other serious but less common adverse effects including pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, and kidney issues. As a side note, concerns, worry and the stress caused by this can cause heart issues?
