I play background music throughout the house. Sleep or meditation music at night helps us steep. Lively music energizes. Relaxing music does it thing. Nostalgic allows reliving good times. Then listening to news keeps me informed and gives me great pleasure in turning it off.
We came home Friday and after that long drive we didn’t do anything. We did a lot on Saturday and I’m trying to clean up the house today.
