How many of us cardio survivors still have symptoms after successful surgeries?

I had a SAVR in 2017, and all post op test are AOK, but I still have shortness of breath and strength issues, after many rounds of rehab and medication analysis. Still ALIVE, (* , but TIRED of being TIRED!
