I only buy those things from our local farmers and they aren't quite ready yet. It's something about home grown that they taste better.

If it's not one thing it's another? I keep a spray bottle of vinegar, spray fruits, vegetables and prep surfaces down real good constantly and use a lot of fresh water rinse. 😎

John, I use olive oil and butter. Pan fry, low heat after a quick sear. We really avoid deep fried. We may go to that steak house with the "bloomin' onion" a couple times a year, birthdays, my wife's Sister loves the place. After spending hours with upset stomach I learned not to order one. They are so good though! We have an air fryer, I like making french fries, twice baked potatoes and bacon wrapped Brussels sprouts in it to name a few things. 😎
