My heart is also enlarged and stiff because of a congenital deformity of the tricuspid valve. There is not much to do except keep watch on it. The heart like any muscle will get bigger when it has to work too hard to pump or fill. If you are worried about it then talk with you doctor.

Mine is also enlarged but my Doctor is keeping tabs on it so I don’t have to worry!

Hi, my is a little enlarged. The cardiologist is keeping eye on it with echocardiogram once a year.
