Restless Legs Does Anyone Else Have This Issue? Can You Tell Me What You Do, I Take Meds But By Three In Afternoon My Legs Are Starting In.
I sympathize with you as I’ve fought this for years! I take Ropinirole (Requip) and it does help. 5mg spread out over the day. I was recently in the hospital and was given fentanyl and hydrocodone for pain. These are opiates and sent my restless legs through the roof. Avoid if possible More recently visited the sleep clinic and are put me in gabopentin as it’s supposed to help. I hope you find a solution that works for you!
Many suggest magnesium supplements will help. I don’t have personal experience.
Have you tried muscle relaxers ? In the health food store ☝️ pills
