Yoga, meditation and Tai Chi have been a wonderful part of my life! Experience has shown me that all three practices enhance my cardiovascular health.

I used to go the Y several times a week. Exercised in the swimming pool (don't swim), attended 2-3 swim exercise classes a week and also did 2x a week exercises in gym for old people. When I was hit with several different heart issues - including AFib all the time--- just couldn't do those things----I DID TRY!!. With the exercising, tried doing while sitting--- would get light headed. I have pages of exercises I can do from past physical therapies, etc. etc------Seldom do! Need to tho--- how about EVERYONE giving me a push???? I started (again) today and a daughter stopped by-----maybe tomorrow-- have 3 great granddaughters ball games to go to now!!!
