I feel a lot of your choices depend on one education....you should take time to learn of what you eat....not always easy..just do the best you can

I try NOT to eat ANY processed food! Only fresh I even avoid frozen foods unless I freeze them at home! I Do allow myself a cheat day once a month but even then I watch what I am eating!

I’ve always tried to take care of me but I had one issue after another . It doesn’t help lol . I’ve grown my own garden / make my own sauce / freeze my own veggies / fruit . This year is very hard for me even to plant my flowers . Hopefully Cleveland can help me .
